Our office is located in the Avantika Complex, right on the first floor. We take up units 4 and 5. It’s a good spot on Limda Lane because we are directly opposite the cricket ground. On days when there’s a match or just people practicing, it’s nice to see the activity out there. We’ve been in Jamnagar for a long time and this office has become like a second home to us. It’s not a polished corporate space. It’s got a bit of character, maybe even some wear and tear on the floors and the walls. We don’t mind it. It shows we’ve been here working for a while. The commute to Limda Lane is pretty easy for most of us. We have our routine down. Open the shutters, get the fans going, and start on the folders. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle every day. People in the neighborhood know us as the folks in the Avantika Complex. We don’t go out of our way to be flashy or use big marketing slogans. That’s just not how we do things here. We just provide a place where business can be taken care of without a lot of fuss. It’s a local Jamnagar office, plain and simple. We like being near the cricket ground and the general vibe of this part of town. Modi & Co has been around for a while, and we just keep doing what we do every single day.
