Our office is located right near the bus station in Dwarka. It is a very busy part of town with pilgrims and travelers coming through the station all the time. We have been operating from this exact spot for quite a while now. The building is nothing special, just an old place that serves its purpose for our daily work. We deal with various local business needs and all the paperwork that goes along with it. It is a small team here, just a handful of us sitting at our desks and taking calls. Sometimes the dust from the main road gets inside when the wind blows, but we are used to it. We do not go in for fancy furniture or high-end decor. It is just a practical space for us to work. Most of our day is spent talking to people who walk in from the bus station or local shopkeepers from the nearby streets. We know this area very well. It can get very hot in Dwarka during the summer, so we keep the fans running all day long. We do not have any kind of corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where it is needed. If someone is out for the day, someone else picks up the slack. It is a very local way of doing things. We do not promise anything we cannot actually do.
