Larsen & Toubro Limited

We are located at 703 in the K.D. Tower, which is right in Ranjit Nagar. It’s part of the Oswal Colony here in Jamnagar. If you know the area, you know K.D. Tower is pretty easy to spot once you get into this side of town. The office is just a regular place where the team spends most of the week. Gujarat weather can get a bit warm, but inside the tower, it’s mostly alright. We don’t really do much in terms of decorating or making things look corporate. It’s mostly desks, papers, and people working. Larsen & Toubro Limited has been at this Jamnagar address for some time. We see the same faces around the colony every day. It feels like a local spot even though the name is big. We just come in, do the work, and head home. There isn't any special philosophy behind it. It’s just a job and a place to do it. The Oswal Colony neighborhood is relatively quiet compared to the main market areas, which is nice for staying focused. Sometimes the elevators in the tower take a minute, but we are used to that. It’s a functional space for a functional group of people. We don't have a big marketing team here; it’s just us handling the local side of things. It gets the job done and keeps us out of the sun. We have our files and our coffee and we keep moving through the daily stack of paperwork.
