Asha Industries

We are right here at 55 Digvijay Plot, just behind Vishram Vadi. If you know the area, it’s not too hard to find us once you get off the main road. Most days start around the same time when the sun is coming up over the rooftops. We have been working out of this space for a long time now. It’s a solid building, nothing fancy, but it does exactly what we need it to do. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with trucks and bikes, especially near the Vadi when there's an event going on, but we manage. You’ll usually see a couple of us standing outside during a break or just checking on a delivery. Asha Industries isn't a huge place where you get lost in hallways. It’s just us here doing what we do every day. The neighbors know us, and we know them. We keep the gates open mostly so the air moves through. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we have some fans going. There is always something to move or organize. It is a lot of manual work and keeping track of things on paper or the old computer we have in the corner. We don’t spend much time on the internet or making things look pretty. It’s more about getting the job done before it gets too dark to see clearly. That’s how it goes at 55 Digvijay Plot.
