L&T Ecc Ltd (Aarvi Encon Pvt Ltd)

Our group is based over in the staff housing area of Mothikhavdi, specifically at unit B11/08/08. We handle things for L&T Ecc Ltd through Aarvi Encon Pvt Ltd here in the Jamnagar district of Gujarat. Being located in the housing complex means we are never really away from the work, which is just fine for us. The 361008 area is a big industrial zone, so there is always a lot of movement and noise around. Our office isn’t some fancy corporate suite; it’s a practical space where we can get our engineering coordination done. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write nice-sounding mission statements. We just talk like regular people and focus on the technical side of the projects we are assigned to. Most of us have been in this field for a long time, so we know how to handle the daily issues that come up on a site. It can get a bit messy with all the files and equipment, but it’s a working environment. We often sit together after hours and talk about how to fix a particular problem we encountered during the day. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words or polished images. We just want to make sure the engineering work we do is solid and that we keep moving forward. It’s a busy, sometimes loud life here in Jamnagar, but it suits us.
