Call Center Executive [Domestic]

You can find us over in Rameshwernagar at Block No. 31/A. We are situated in K.P. Shah Vadi on Street Number 2. This is right in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The work we do involves domestic call center tasks, which basically means a lot of headsets and voices. It can get pretty noisy in the room when everyone is talking to customers at once. We aren't a massive corporate floor, just a local setup where people from the neighborhood come to work. The building is a simple one, nothing too flashy on the outside. We started this because there was a need for jobs in the area that didn't involve heavy labor. Most of our days are spent sitting at desks and helping people over the phone. Sometimes the lines are down or the computers act up, and we just have to wait it out. It’s a regular job for regular people. We have a small break area where we sit and talk during lunch. Street No. 2 is usually quiet except for the occasional bike passing by. We like it here because it’s close to home for most of the staff. It’s not a complicated business model. We just take the calls and try to be helpful without making things too difficult. If you’re in the 361008 area, you’ve probably walked past us without even knowing it. That is just how we like to operate.
