We’ve been here in Jammu for a while now. The office is actually over at Lane 27, just at Balraj Sharma’s place in house number 34. It’s quiet enough around Rajpura Mangotrian, though the traffic out on the main road gets a bit much sometimes in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We mostly just keep our heads down and get the work done. People sometimes have trouble finding the house number because the lanes are a bit narrow, so we usually tell them to look for the turn near the big tree. It’s not a big fancy office building, just a regular home-based place where we manage things. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us live nearby, which makes the commute easy. We don’t really do much in the way of big meetings or anything like that. It's more about staying on top of the daily tasks and making sure the paperwork for the tiles and everything else is in order. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some new shops opened up down the street and there are more cars now. It stays pretty busy during the day but gets really still at night. We like it that way. If you’re coming by, just look for the lane number clearly marked. There isn't a big sign out front or anything, so you have to keep your eyes open. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss.
