Jai Bhawani Dall Mill

We are located on Post Office Road in Madhav Nagar, which is a pretty convenient place to be. At Jai Bhawani Dall Mill, the workday starts early with the sound of the shutters going up. The mill itself is loud, and you have to raise your voice a bit to be heard over the machinery. We handle various kinds of pulses, sorting them and cleaning them before they get sent out. It’s physical work, lifting heavy bags and making sure the hoppers are full. The road outside has a lot of foot traffic because of the post office, so we see a lot of people passing by every day. Some stop in to say hello or ask about prices. We’ve got a small crew here, and we all know our roles pretty well. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the actual milling to worry about that. It’s a bit of a messy environment, with bits of husk and grain on the floor, but we sweep up every evening before we head home. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just rely on the work we do here on Post Office Road. It’s a straightforward business. We take the raw crop and turn it into something people can cook. It’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it in Madhav Nagar for quite some time now.
