You’ll find Damota Seeds Private Limited over at 169/B in the Sidhi Vinayak Colony in Amalner. That’s over in Jalgaon, 425401. We are a small company that deals with seeds, and we’ve been operating from this colony for a good while. Our office is pretty modest, just a regular building where we handle the orders and keep our records. We don't have a big shiny sign or a fancy lobby. It’s just us, sitting at our desks and making sure the business is running smoothly. Most of the people who work here are local to Amalner, so we know the area and the people pretty well. We don't believe in using a lot of marketing talk to try and convince people of anything. We just provide the seeds and let the results do the talking for us. It’s a simple approach, but it works for us. Some days are slow and we just spend the time cleaning up the office or catching up on our files. Other days it’s a mad rush to get everything out the door on time. We just take it as it comes and try not to get too stressed out about things. Being part of the Sidhi Vinayak Colony is nice because it feels like a neighborhood and not just an industrial area. We are just regular people working a regular job in the seed industry. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one and we are happy to be here in Jalgaon.
