Our place is at S 38/39 in the MIDC area. It’s a good-sized spot for Radhakrishna Agro Industries Pvt Ltd. We deal with a lot of agricultural stuff, so there is always grain or dust in the air depending on what season it is. The MIDC can be a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with the plot numbers. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The building is just a standard industrial shed, nothing fancy at all. We spend a lot of time checking the machinery and making sure everything is running like it should. When harvest time comes around, things get really crazy and we are working around the clock. The rest of the year is a bit more steady. We have a small office tucked into one corner where the cooling fan makes a lot of noise. It’s just part of the background sound here. The workers usually have their tea breaks outside in the shade when they can find it. It gets really hot under the tin roof in the summer months. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or fancy brochures. Most of our business comes from people we have known for years in the farming community. We just focus on getting the product out the door and making sure it’s what people asked for. It’s a lot of physical work, but we are used to it. That’s just life in the agro business.
