We are based out of F-71 in the M.I.D.C. Area. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s mostly just warehouses and factories around us. Arpit Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. fits right in with the rest of the buildings here. There is always a hum of machinery somewhere in the background. Our day starts early because that’s just how it is in the agro business. We deal with a lot of heavy stuff, and the floors are usually a bit dusty from the work we do. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We wear boots and clothes that we don’t mind getting dirty. There’s a small office in the front where we keep the records, but most of the action happens in the back. The canteen nearby is where everyone goes for lunch, and that’s where we catch up on the local news. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area, and we just have to wait it out. It’s practical work. We don’t spend time on fancy talk; we just focus on the loads coming in and the shipments going out. The summer heat gets pretty intense under the metal roofs, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We’ve been in this specific plot for a long time, and everyone around here knows us as the agro folks at F-71.
