We are located way out on Molgi Road in Akkalkuwa, which is part of the Nandurbar district. It’s a quiet area of Maharashtra, far from the noise of the big cities. The college focuses on pharmacy, so a lot of what goes on here involves labs, beakers, and students huddled over textbooks. The building is a large, practical structure that fits the landscape around here. It’s not a fancy campus with cafes and lounges; it’s a place where people come to study and get their work done. The commute for some of the staff and students can be a bit long because of our location, but we’re used to it by now. The air is a bit cleaner out here, though it gets incredibly hot during the summer months. Inside, you’ll mostly hear the sound of people talking in the labs or the clinking of glassware. We don't really go in for a lot of promotional talk. We just provide the space and the equipment for people to learn about medicines and science. The town of Akkalkuwa is small, so everyone knows when the college is in session. It’s a simple, dedicated environment without any of the extra bells and whistles you might see in a city college. We just keep the labs running and make sure the students have what they need to pass their exams. It’s a basic, hard-working place for serious students and teachers.
