Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi

While our name says New Delhi, this particular contact point is at 20, B.B.S. Nagar, near the Rail Coach Factory in Hussainpur, Kapurthala. It is a different setting than the big city, located in the Punjab region. The house belongs to the family of Mr. H.R. Ashwani. It is a standard residential area where the streets are a bit wider and you can hear the sounds from the factory nearby. We keep the paperwork and the correspondence here for certain matters related to the hotel. It is not a place with a lobby or a concierge. It is more of an administrative or personal address used for the business. We have a few desks set up and some filing cabinets for the records. The atmosphere is very local and grounded. We walk to the local market for supplies and know the neighbors well. Most of the work involves reading through documents or sending out mail. It is a quiet place to get things organized away from the main hotel rush. Sometimes we have to travel back and forth, but a lot of the coordination happens right here in Hussainpur. The building is simple and looks like any other home in the B.B.S. Nagar area. We don't have any uniforms or big logos on the wall. It is just a quiet spot where we manage our part of the work and keep the files in order.
