Strong Tools India is located at 120, Feet Road in Basti Guzan. It’s a street that sees a lot of heavy traffic and people looking for parts or repairs. Our shop is pretty straightforward. We have shelves lined with various tools and metal pieces that we’ve collected or made over time. It smells like oil and iron in here, which is what you’d expect from a place like this. Basti Guzan is a hardworking neighborhood, and we fit right in with the rest of the businesses on the block. We don’t spend money on decorating the place because the tools are what matter. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for a long time. They know where we are and they know we don’t mess around. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things from being too quiet while we work. The floor is concrete and usually has a bit of grime on it, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of working with metal and grease. When the weather is nice, we leave the front wide open so we can see what’s happening on Feet Road. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. We just open up in the morning, do the work, and close up when the sun goes down. It’s a simple life, but we are proud of the stuff we handle here.
