Shambhu Exports

Shambhu Exports is located right on Mandi Road. If you’ve ever been down this way, you know it’s a busy stretch with trucks moving in and out all day long. The dust is a constant battle, and we are always wiping down the desks, but that’s just part of being on Mandi Road. We’ve got a fairly simple setup here. It’s just a workspace where we handle all the export details. There’s a small area in the back where we keep some of the samples, and the front is where the computers and the main table are. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we just shout a little louder over the phone. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come in, you’ll see us working through the daily list of things that need to be sent off. We’ve had the same old clock on the wall for years, and it still loses five minutes every week, but we just leave it be. Most of our neighbors are doing similar work, so there’s a lot of mutual understanding when things get hectic. We just want to get through the day, make sure the containers are loaded right, and head home. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid.
