Sarvan Hair Saloon

Sarvan Hair Saloon is located on New Railway Road in Jalandhar City. Since we are so close to the railway station, we get all sorts of people walking in. Some are locals who live nearby and others are just passing through town after getting off a train. It’s a very active area with a lot of noise from the tracks and the traffic outside. Our shop is simple, just the basic chairs and mirrors you’d expect in a regular hair saloon. We don’t do anything too complicated, mostly just standard haircuts and shaves for men. I’ve been working here for years and I’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but the shop stays mostly the same. We have an old radio that plays music in the background to cover some of the street noise. It’s not the quietest place, but it’s convenient for anyone in the 144001 area. We don't take fancy bookings or have a receptionist. You just walk in and wait your turn if all the chairs are full. Usually, there’s a newspaper to read while you wait. My brother and I run the place together. We keep our tools sharp and the floor swept. It’s a straightforward business where we focus on getting the job done so people can get back to their day.
