S. K. Pressed Steel

S. K. Pressed Steel is located at No. 244 in the Kot Mahna Singh area. If you’re looking for us, we are right near the Namdhari Dharam Kanta and that big overhead water tank that everyone uses for directions. Our workshop isn't very large, but we’ve got some heavy-duty pressing machines that get the job done. It gets quite loud in here when the presses are running, and the floor is usually a bit oily. We aren't the kind of place that has a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us working on a machine or checking a part. We focus on pressing steel components, and it’s a job that requires a lot of attention so we don't ruin the sheets. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time and we like being near the water tank because it makes it easy to tell people how to find us. We don't spend any time on marketing or trying to sound bigger than we are. We are just a small team of workers who know our way around a press. Some days the heat in the shop is pretty intense, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. It’s a simple, practical business. We take the raw metal and shape it into what’s needed, and that’s pretty much all there is to it for us.
