Riya Children Hospital

We’ve been here in Hargobind Nagar for a while now. The hospital is right near the blood bank, so most people know where that is. It gets busy during the mornings when parents bring their kids in before school or work. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit loud with children running around or crying, but that is just how it is at a children's hospital. We try to keep things moving. The street outside can get a bit crowded with traffic, especially in the afternoons. Most of us live nearby or have been working in this part of town for years. It's a decent spot. You see the same faces often. We deal with fevers, coughs, and the usual stuff kids get. The building itself isn't fancy or anything. We just focus on the patients who come through the door. It's a lot of paperwork sometimes. The staff drinks a lot of tea to stay awake during the long shifts. We've seen kids grow up from babies to teenagers over the years. It makes you feel old when someone you remember as a toddler walks in looking like an adult. Hargobind Nagar is a busy neighborhood. There are shops all around us and the blood bank is a good landmark for people who are lost. We just keep doing what we do every day. It's not always easy, but it is the work we chose. We keep the place clean as much as we can, though kids always find a way to make a mess with toys.
