If you go to the Pathankot Byepass Chowk, you will find our hospital right there. It’s a very busy spot with all the traffic coming off the bypass. Because we handle both bones and children's health, it’s often a noisy and lively place. You might have kids crying in one corner and people with casts on their legs in another. It’s a bit of a mix, but we make it work. The location is convenient for people traveling from outside the city since they don’t have to go all the way into the center. We’ve been at this chowk for quite some time now. The building is easy to spot when you are driving past. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a lot of expensive decorations. Everything here is meant for work. The doctors and nurses are usually moving fast from one room to another. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words. We just talk to the parents and the patients in a way they can understand. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are constantly cleaning. It’s just a regular hospital run by real people who live in the area. We don’t have a big marketing budget. Our name is on the building, and people see it when they are at the crossing. We just focus on fixing bones and helping sick kids. It keeps us occupied and we are happy with that.
