We are located right on GT Road in Goraya. If you’ve ever driven through this part of Punjab, you know how loud and busy the main road can be with all the trucks passing by. Our workshop has been here for a long time, right in the thick of it. Steel work is tough and dirty, so our clothes usually have a bit of grease or dust on them by the end of the shift. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. Instead, we have a couple of wooden desks and a lot of heavy machinery that takes up most of the space. The heat from the furnace or the cutting tools makes it a warm place to be, especially in June. We’ve grown up around this business, learning how to handle the metal from our elders. There’s no big corporate structure here; it’s just us and a few workers who have been with us for years. We handle the orders as they come in, sometimes staying late if a big shipment needs to go out the next morning. People know us in Goraya because we’ve been at this same spot on the highway for so long. We drink a lot of tea to stay going, and we talk to the drivers who come to pick up the steel. It’s a practical life, centered around hard work and the sound of metal hitting metal.
