New Fancy Hair Salon

New Fancy Hair Salon has been operating out of Arya Nagar in Jalandhar for a good while now. The street is usually quiet in the early hours but gets busier as the day goes on. We keep our shop open for anyone who needs a quick trim or a shave. It is a straightforward setup with the typical equipment you would find in any local salon. The walls are painted a simple color and we have some posters of different styles hanging up, though they are getting a bit faded. There is a small table with some old newspapers for when people have to wait. We don't really do anything complicated here. It is just about picking up the scissors and getting to work. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, but hair gets everywhere. Jalandhar weather can be quite hot, so the ceiling fan is almost always on its highest setting. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. It is that kind of neighborhood. We aren't trying to be like those big shops in the malls. This is just a small business on a regular street. We use the same spray bottles and clippers every day. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if someone comes in right at closing time.
