Jalandhar is a place where everyone is always on the move, so being in a market like Mann Nagar is quite convenient for our customers. They can do their shopping and then stop by for a haircut. We don't have any fancy titles or a polished corporate look. It’s just us, some chairs, and a lot of hair products on the shelves. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people who walk past our door. The atmosphere is very casual. We talk about local things while we work. We don't try to sell you anything extra; we just do what you ask for. It’s a small-scale operation and that’s how we like to keep it.
