You can find Kaleem Hair And Beauty at SCO-4 on the first floor. We are located along Guru Gobind Singh Avenue, right on Railway Road in Jalandhar. Being on the first floor means it’s a little quieter than the shops right on the ground level. I like that because it gives a bit of privacy to the people coming in. I’ve worked in Jalandhar for quite a while now. This shop is where I spend most of my time. We do hair and some beauty work, though it's all pretty standard stuff. The stairs up to the shop are a bit steep, but people don't seem to mind much. I keep the windows open when the weather is nice to let the breeze in from Railway Road. You can hear the trains sometimes if it’s a quiet day. The space is functional. I have organized my tools and products so I can find them easily, even when I'm in a bit of a hurry. It’s not a designer studio, just a place where we get the job done. I usually have a helper with me to help with the washing and cleaning. We get people coming from the nearby offices and some who are just traveling through the city. It’s a mix of faces. I don’t spend much on decoration; I’d rather just focus on the hair. It works for us and for the people who visit.
