J.Rai Milk Food Industry is located on Circular Road in Jalandhar, right near Punj Peer. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and bikes zooming past our front door. We spend most of our time dealing with milk and dairy stuff, which means we have to be here quite early in the morning. If you come by at six am, you'll see the lights on and things already moving. The building itself, E.C. 246, is an older style place but it serves us well for what we do. Inside, it’s all about the temperature and making sure everything stays clean. Dealing with food products like milk isn't easy because things can go wrong fast if you aren't paying attention. We don't have a marketing team or people in suits walking around. Most of us are just local folks from Jalandhar who know a bit about the dairy trade. Some days the machinery acts up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing a pump or a seal, but that’s just part of the daily grind. We’ve stayed at this same address because it’s easy for the suppliers to find us. It’s not a glamorous job, and you usually go home smelling a bit like cream or butter, but it’s honest work and it keeps us busy throughout the year. We just keep our heads down, focus on the milk, and try to get everything out the door on time every single day.
