Food Heaven

Our shop is located in the Model Town Market in Jalandhar City. If you know where Nicku Park is, we are right across from it. It is a good spot because there are always families and kids around the park area. We’ve been running Food Heaven from this little shop for some time. It is a busy market, so it gets pretty loud and crowded, especially in the evenings. We spend most of our time in the back getting things ready or standing at the counter talking to people. We don't have a lot of space for sitting, but people don't seem to mind much. The market has a lot of energy, and we like being part of it. Sometimes the supplies arrive late or the stove gives us trouble, but that's just how it goes when you run a food place. We aren't a big restaurant with waiters and fancy menus. We just have what we have on the board for the day. We see a lot of the same people every week who live around Model Town. It is nice to be a regular part of the neighborhood. We keep the floor swept and the counters clean, and we just keep going. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just make the food and serve it to whoever comes by the shop.
