Operating a foundry means things are going to be hot and messy most of the time. Goel Iron Foundry & Engg. Works is located on G. T. Road, which is a perfect spot for the kind of heavy work we do. There is always smoke, the sound of metal hitting metal, and plenty of dust. We have been at this for a long time. The facility isn't pretty; it is a functional space where we melt and cast iron. You will see piles of scrap and finished molds laying around the yard. The G. T. Road traffic outside matches the pace inside. It is a constant grind. Our staff are mostly people who have been doing this for years and don't mind the hard environment. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just know how to work with iron and engineering parts. When someone comes by, they usually find us in the middle of a pour or loading a truck. The office is just a small corner where we keep the ledger and the phone. It is definitely not a corporate setup. It’s just a place where we do real, physical work. The heat from the furnaces is intense, but that is just part of the daily life here. We just keep the fires going and get the orders out as they come in.
