Ashoka Foundry

You can find Ashoka Foundry at No.569 in Vijay Nagar. We are right across from the Blue Jay Complex and very close to G T Road. Being near the highway makes it easy for trucks to come and go. It’s a hot job working in a foundry. We spend our days around furnaces and molds. The air is always thick and warm. It is hard work, and we all go home pretty tired. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our space is taken up by sand, scrap metal, and the casting equipment. People come to us when they need something cast in iron or other metals. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just melt metal and pour it into shapes. Sometimes the castings don't come out right and we have to start over. That is just the nature of the business. We’ve been in this part of Vijay Nagar for a long time. The traffic on G T Road is always moving, but inside the gates, we have our own rhythm. We take orders from local shops and some bigger places too. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it’s what we are good at. There are no secrets here. If you want to see how it’s done, you just have to look through the open door and watch the guys working the molds.
