Inder Singh Sons

We’ve been set up on G. T. Road in Kartarpur for quite a long time now. Inder Singh Sons is a family-run kind of thing, and our building has seen a lot of years go by. Being on the main road means we see all the traffic and the people moving through town every single day. The place is a bit old-fashioned, honestly. We have heavy wooden doors and floors that have been stepped on by a lot of boots over the decades. It’s not a shiny new facility, but it’s sturdy and it serves its purpose. Inside, it smells a bit like old paper and whatever materials we’ve got stored in the back. We don't use fancy software for everything; some things are still done with a pen and a ledger because that’s how we’ve always done it. There’s no big marketing push here. We just open the doors in the morning and see who comes in. The staff has been around for years, so we all know how the other person works. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just show up and do a decent job for the people who come to see us. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains really hard, but we just put a bucket out and keep going. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, just staying part of the Kartarpur community.
