Crimson International

Our workshop is at No. C - 90 in the Sports Surgical Complex on Kapurthala Road. It is an interesting spot because we are surrounded by other makers of sports gear and medical instruments. At Crimson International, we handle a bit of both. The atmosphere is very industrious. You can hear the sounds of stitching machines and the clatter of tools all day long. We have workbenches covered in materials and half-finished items waiting for the next step. It is a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We started out with just a couple of machines and have slowly added more as we needed them. The Kapurthala Road area is always busy with traffic, so we try to get our shipments out early to avoid the worst of it. We don't have a dedicated sales team or anything like that. Usually, one of us just wipes the dust off our hands and answers the phone when it rings. We take pride in the stuff we make, but we don't feel the need to shout about it. It is just honest work. We spend our time making sure the seams are strong and the materials are what they should be. It is a practical business run by people who actually know how to use the tools on the floor. Some days are long, especially when we have a big order to get through, but we just keep at it until the job is done.
