Computers Concepts is up on the second floor of building 355 in Urban Estate. It’s right near Urban Chappal Corner in Phase 1 here in Jalandhar City. If you’re looking for us, just find that shoe shop and then head upstairs. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few rooms with some desks and a lot of computer parts lying around. We’ve been here for quite some time now, doing various tech repairs and selling different bits of hardware. It’s mostly just a local spot where people from the neighborhood bring their laptops when they won't turn on or need something fixed up. We spend most of our time at the workbenches with screwdrivers and testing equipment. It can get a bit cluttered with all the cables and monitors, but we know where everything is. The stairs are a bit steep, but it keeps us moving. Working in Jalandhar is good, and we get to know a lot of the regular folks who live nearby. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny showroom. It's just a practical space where we get the work done. Sometimes it’s busy and we have machines lined up for days, other times it’s quieter and we can catch up on tidying the place. We just try to help out whoever walks through the door with their tech problems. It’s been our routine for years and we are used to the pace here.
