Bells Ice Cream

Our place is located in Hargobind Nagar, right near the Phagwara market area. It’s a busy little corner of the world. Every morning, we open up the shutters and start checking the freezers. The market nearby gets really crowded, especially on the weekends, and that usually spills over to our street. We aren’t doing anything too complicated here. It’s just us, some ice cream tubs, and the daily routine of serving the people who live around here. Sometimes the kids come in after school, and they can be quite loud, but it makes the place feel alive. The walls are simple, and we try to keep the place as tidy as we can, though it gets hard when it's raining outside and people track in mud. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over time, but the market stays the same. We spend most of our time making sure the flavors are stocked up and the lights are working. It’s a straightforward job. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just stay open late enough for the people heading home after their shifts. You can find us easily if you know where the main market entrance is. It’s just a local spot where we do our work every day without much fuss. The fans stay on all day to keep the air moving, and we just keep at it until it's time to lock up again. That is pretty much how things go here.
