Bansal Steel Industries is located right near Gurudwara Aman Nagar. It’s a nice landmark because everyone knows where it is. We’ve been here for a good number of years. Our daily life is centered around the steel trade. It’s a lot of physical work, moving bars and sections around. The sounds of the Gurudwara are a constant background to our working day, which is actually quite nice. Aman Nagar is a tight-knit neighborhood, and we know most of the people around here. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local business trying to do things right. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to our customers and get them what they need. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Working at Bansal Steel Industries means getting your hands dirty. We don't mind it. It’s just part of the job. Being near the Gurudwara gives the place a certain feel. We just open up the shutters every morning and see what the day brings. It’s simple, honest work. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. If someone needs a piece of steel cut, we just do it. There is no need for a big process. We are just a local shop in a busy part of the city. We enjoy the community we have built over the years here.
