Kapil Stone

Working out of Plot No. G-100 in the Riico Industrial Area means dealing with a lot of noise and activity. That’s just how it is around here. Kapil Stone has been part of this industrial zone for quite some time, and we’ve seen the area change a bit, but the work stays the same. Stone is heavy, it’s stubborn, and it takes a lot of effort to move it from one spot to another. We spend our mornings checking the slabs and making sure nothing got chipped. The Riico area is always humming with other businesses too, so there is a constant sound of trucks and machinery in the background. Our plot isn't the biggest, but we make use of every inch of space to stack what we have. It’s not a glamorous life, being covered in stone dust by noon, but it’s a living. We don't spend much time on the computer or making fancy brochures. Most of our day is spent out on the floor or talking to drivers who are picking up loads. If you come by G-100, you’ll see us in our work gear, probably moving a pallet or checking a list. We stay busy because there’s always someone needing stone for a project. It’s just a practical, everyday business where we show up, do the labor, and head home tired.
