Xalta Food & Beverage

Xalta Food & Beverage is located in the Pink Tower Building. We are over in Laxmi Colony, which is part of the Saraswati Colony area near Tonk Phatak. If you go behind the Laxmi Mandir, you’ll find us easily enough. The building is quite old and the elevator works when it wants to, so we mostly take the stairs. Our space is filled with boxes and equipment. We do a lot of the bottling and packing right here. It’s a bit noisy with the machinery going all day, but the neighbors don't seem to mind too much. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a handful of us trying to get things done. We spend a lot of time checking the seals and making sure the labels are on straight. Sometimes they go on a bit crooked, but we’re only human. The area around Tonk Phatak is always crowded with traffic and people going to the temple. We get our supplies from the main market and handle everything ourselves from there. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving crates and cleaning the vats at the end of the shift. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's just a workspace where we get things ready for the local shops. We’ve been here for a while and the routine suits us just fine. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the business moving forward.
