Cafe Coffee Day

Our cafe is over at Plot Number 53 on Lane Number 2 in Ashok Pura. If you’re driving down New Sanganer Road in the Sodala area of Jaipur, you’ve probably passed by us many times. It’s a decent spot for a coffee shop. We have the usual tables and chairs and the smell of coffee beans everywhere you look. It isn't a massive place, but it works for the people who live and work around here. The staff mostly lives nearby in Jaipur, so it feels like a local crowd most days. We spend our shifts making drinks and cleaning up tables and chatting. It gets busy during the morning rush and then again in the evenings when people are heading home from work. Sometimes the milk delivery is late or the grinder makes a weird noise, but we just deal with it as it happens. We don't have a big corporate team here; it’s just us on the floor. The walls have some decorations, but nothing too special or expensive. We aren't trying to be the most stylish place in Rajasthan. We just want to make sure the coffee is hot and the space is open for whoever needs a seat. The street outside can be noisy with the Jaipur traffic, but inside it’s a bit more relaxed. We’ve been at this Sodala location for a while now. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood where people come to sit for a bit. No fancy speeches, just coffee.
