We have been here at A-1 Yamuna Path for quite a while now. Suraj Nagar West is a decent place to be located in. Whispering Meadows Clubs & Resorts Pvt. Ltd isn't some massive chain where nobody knows your name. We are just a local group trying to keep the grass green and the rooms tidy. Sometimes the weather in Civil Lines gets a bit rough and we have to scramble to clean up the pathways, but that’s just part of the job. Most of our days are spent checking in guests or making sure the kitchen has what it needs. We don't really do big advertising campaigns or anything like that. Usually, people just hear about us from their friends or family who stayed here before. It is a quiet life for the most part. We have a few staff members who have been with us since the start. We drink tea in the back office when it's slow. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We just have our routines. If a lightbulb goes out, one of us gets the ladder and changes it. We try to keep things simple and honest. You won't find us making big promises we can't keep. We are just here doing our daily work on Yamuna Path and making sure the gates are locked at night. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the year. We have a few stray cats that hang around the gardens and we sometimes feed them the leftovers.
