Itc Welcomgroup Hotel = Rajputana Palace Sheraton

We are located over in the Shyamnagar Extension part of Jaipur. Working at this hotel means there is always something to do, whether it's fixing a leaky tap or getting a room ready for a last-minute arrival. Our spot in the Ahinsa Block is a bit away from the main road noise, which helps. We have a lot of rooms and a lot of staff running around to keep things moving. Most days are a blur of laundry, kitchen orders, and people asking for directions. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just provide a room and a meal. The hallways are long and we walk them many times a day. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up in the heat, and we have to get the repair guy out here fast. We don't have a fancy marketing team writing this. It’s just us who work here. We see tourists and business people coming through the doors at all hours. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. The building itself has its own character, and we've been part of this neighborhood for a while now. We just focus on the daily tasks. If a guest needs extra towels, we get them. If the breakfast is late, we apologize and hurry up. It's just work, and we do it every day. It’s a big building but we try to keep it simple.
