We are based out of Navratan Apartment in the Vaishali Nagar area of Jaipur. Our specific unit is 3/425 in Chitrakut. Jaipur is a big, busy city, but Vaishali Nagar feels a little bit like its own separate town. Our office here handles a lot of the behind-the-scenes admin stuff for the hotels. People usually think hotel work is all about lobbies and guest rooms, but someone has to stay in the office to do the paperwork too. That is what happens here. It is a residential-feeling area, so it is a lot quieter than the city center where all the tourists go. We have been in this apartment for a good while now. It has got enough room for our computers and all the files we have to keep track of. We are not a massive corporate headquarters with a hundred floors. We are just a regular team working out of a local building. Sometimes the lift in the apartment block is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs instead. The neighborhood has some really good spots for snacks during our afternoon breaks. We deal with a lot of coordination every day, making sure things are running okay at the different locations we manage. It can get a bit stressful when something goes wrong at a property, but we just handle it as it comes. There is no real magic to it, just regular daily work. We like the location because it is easy to reach.
