Operating out of S- 46 in Raj Aangan NRI Colony has its ups and downs. Jagatpura is a bit quieter than the city center, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on our export documents. Vishakha Exports started small and we've stayed pretty grounded. Our space here in the colony feels more like a home office than a big industrial site. We have a lot of neighbors who are just regular families, so we try to keep the noise down when trucks come by for collections. Most of our work involves a lot of back-and-forth with shipping agents and checking on the quality of the goods we send out. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place with some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend a good chunk of our afternoon sitting around the table discussing the latest orders. Sometimes the internet acts up, or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it. That’s just how it goes in this business. We know the local guys around Jagatpura well, and they help us out when we need things moved quickly. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We just take it day by day and make sure the cargo gets to where it’s supposed to be going without too many headaches. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, really.
