If you go out toward Keshwana Rajput village near Kotputli, you’ll find Viola Decoratives Private Limited. We are in Shed No. 05 on Plot No-420, right on the RIICO Road. It’s a very industrial setting, far away from the fancy parts of Jaipur. The shed is large and can get quite dusty, especially when the wind blows across the open fields nearby. We make decorative items here, so there are always materials like metals or plastics being moved around. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We have workers who come in from the local villages every morning. The road outside can get pretty rough with all the trucks passing through the RIICO area. Inside the shed, we have our workstations set up in a row. It’s loud when the machines are running, and we have to shout to be heard. We don't have fancy office chairs; mostly we just use whatever is sturdy and works. There's a small area where we keep the finished products before they go onto the trucks. Kotputli is a growing area, but it still feels very rural in many ways. We deal with the heat and the dust every day, but that’s part of the life in a manufacturing shed. We focus on getting the daily production numbers met without any fuss. It's a simple operation run by people who know the local area well.
