You’ll find us at Office No.7 on Khitupur Road in the Shyam Nagar area of Jhotwara. We are quite close to the Deep Hospital and Research Centre, which is a big landmark around here. We do a mix of interior work and contracting, so we are often out on different sites rather than sitting in the office. The office itself is pretty basic. It’s where we keep our tools, some samples of wood and tile, and all the drawings we’re currently working on. It’s often a bit dusty because of all the materials coming in and out. Vikas Interior and Architect Contractor is just a small team of us. We don't have a lot of fancy staff or a marketing team. We just focus on the building and design tasks we have in front of us. Some days are really long, especially when a project is near the finish line and there are a hundred small things to fix. We get our hands dirty and we don't mind it. It’s part of the job. Most of the people we work for are right here in Jhotwara or nearby parts of Jaipur. We like staying local because it makes it easier to manage everything. We aren't trying to be the most famous architects in the city, just the ones who show up and do what they said they would do. It’s simple, honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until night.
