Housie Interior & Architecture

Housie Interior & Architecture is based at Plot No. 322 on Durga Marg, Akshardham Road in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. We are right opposite Gokul Sweet Caterers, which is a bit of a distraction because of the smell of good food coming from across the street. Our office is a working space through and through. There are always rolls of drawings, material samples, and half-empty cups of tea sitting on the tables. We do both architecture and interior design, so we have a lot of different things to keep track of. We’ve been working in Jaipur for quite a while now. Most of our projects are here in Vaishali Nagar or in the nearby areas. We aren't a corporate firm with a lot of fancy rules. We are just a group of people who enjoy the process of building and decorating spaces. We spend a lot of time out at construction sites, which can get pretty dusty and hot, especially during the Jaipur summers. We don't use any big words to explain what we do. If a client comes in, we just talk to them like a neighbor and try to understand what they want for their home. We don't have a big reception area or a polished sales pitch. We just focus on the work at hand and try to make sure every wall and window is where it should be. It’s a practical, everyday sort of job for us here.
