Our office is over in Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur. It’s at 1/198. We do engineering and contract work, so we’re often out at sites rather than just sitting in the office. Jaipur is a growing city, so there’s always something being built or fixed. When we are in the office, it’s mostly to deal with blueprints and payroll. It’s a bit messy with all the rolls of paper and technical drawings scattered around. We have a few engineers and some administrative staff who keep things running. It’s not a shiny new building, just a regular place where we get work done. We’ve been doing this for a long time. We know the local regulations and how to get things done in this part of Rajasthan. Some days we have to deal with delays in materials or weather issues, which can be a real headache. But we just take it one day at a time. We don’t have a big sales team. Most people find us through word of mouth or seeing our signs at job sites. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do our jobs well enough that people keep asking us to help with their projects. It’s a simple way to earn a living, and it keeps us busy. We like the work we do and the people we work with here.
