Our office is tucked away in Katariyapuri, specifically at Flat No. G102 in Sagar Residency. If you know the Sodala area in Jaipur, you know it can get pretty busy around Ram Nagar. We are near Sita Ram Colony. It is a decent spot, though finding the right gate at Plot No 01 can be tricky for people visiting the first time. Inside, Larsen & Toubro Limited feels more like a home than a big office. We have kept things simple. There are files stacked on the side tables and a small kitchen where we make our own tea. The light in the afternoon is quite bright, so we keep the curtains drawn most of the time. Being on the ground floor is handy. We do not have to wait for the lift every time someone comes by with a delivery. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time. We know the local shops and the guys at the tea stall nearby. It is just a regular group of us trying to stay organized. We do not have those big glass walls or fancy carpets. The flooring is just basic tile, and we use old wooden desks that have seen better days. It works for what we do. We mostly focus on handling the local paperwork and keeping track of things in this part of Rajasthan. Our daily routine is quite predictable and we prefer it that way.
