Our spot is out in Sanganer, specifically at 50/490 Pratap Nagar. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center of Jaipur, but we like the area. Consulting Engnieers Group has been tucked away in this RHB colony for a while. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s a good place to focus on engineering details. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building among others. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We started small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage things. Jaipur-303933 is the pin if you’re looking for the mail. We have a lot of stacks of paper and old drafting tools that we probably don't need anymore but can't bring ourselves to throw away. It feels like a real workplace, not a showroom. We drink a lot of tea and talk through the problems that come up. Being in Pratap Nagar means we aren't bothered by the city chaos too much. We just do the work we are given. It’s a simple life. No one wears ties here unless there’s a really big meeting, which doesn't happen often. We prefer just getting the drawings right. Most of the people around here know us as the engineers from 50/490. It’s a local thing, and we are happy with that. There’s always someone working late, but that's fine. We like the quiet nights in Sanganer. Most of the time it’s just the sound of the keyboard clicking and maybe a cricket outside.
