Larsen & Toubro Limited Ecc Division

Our office is located at A-56, Acharya Vinobha Bhave Nagar in the Vaishali Nagar area of Jaipur. It’s a nice enough part of the city, mostly residential with some businesses mixed in. We are the ECC division. The office is in a building that looks like a large house. We’ve converted the rooms into workspaces for our team. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Jaipur gets very hot, so we have a couple of AC units that we try to keep running. The walls are a pale color and have some old posters and charts on them. Parking can be a bit of a headache on this street, so most of us try to arrive early. We don't have a big corporate lobby. If you come by, you just walk through the main door and one of us will be there. We usually spend our mornings coordinating with the field teams and our afternoons doing the admin work. There’s a small balcony where we sometimes go to get some air, though it’s usually too hot to stay out there long. It’s a very down-to-earth workplace. No one is wearing suits unless they have to. Most of the time we just wear what’s comfortable for the heat. It’s a good, solid place to work from in Jaipur.
