Sethia Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is based at B89 Gautam Marg in Hanuman Nagar, Vaishali. It’s a decent-sized place, but it still feels like a small family business once you actually step inside. We do a lot of international trade work from here every single day. There are phones ringing pretty much all the time, often at odd hours. Sometimes it feels like we’re always playing catch-up with the different time zones. One of us is usually here early or staying late to talk to someone on the other side of the world. The office is full of crates and stacks of paper that need signing. It’s not the most stylish workspace you'll ever see, but it works for what we need. We've got a small team that handles everything from the initial paperwork to the final shipping details. It’s a lot of responsibility to manage. We don't really have a big public face or a fancy website. We just do our business and keep our heads down. Hanuman Nagar is a nice area, with quite a bit of activity around the shops. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. Most of our neighbors are used to the delivery trucks coming through the gates. We don't make a big fuss about what we do. It’s just export work. It takes a lot of patience and a lot of tracking numbers. We try to stay on top of things.
