We’re over in Cosmo Colony, which is part of the Vaishali Nagar area in Jaipur. Our office is at number 38, tucked away in a residential-turned-commercial street. It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to the main roads, which helps when we’re trying to focus on computer work. We handle IT stuff, mostly fixing software issues or helping people set up their systems. It’s not like those big tech companies you see in movies with beanbags and free snacks. We just have some good computers, a few desks, and a lot of wires running everywhere. Sometimes the tea boy from across the street brings us a round of chai while we’re in the middle of a long coding session. We don’t really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. If someone has a problem with their tech, they come to us and we try to find a solution that works for them. The team is small, just a handful of us who like tinkering with machines. We’ve been in Vaishali Nagar for a few years now and it’s a nice neighborhood to be in. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure our clients' systems aren't crashing every five minutes. It’s steady work and keeps us busy enough throughout the week. Even when things get stressful, we just keep going and try to finish the tasks on our list.
