Working out of Mansarovar at Patel Marg 81/7 keeps us pretty busy most days of the week. This shop started because there were so many people around here having trouble with their computers and didn't know where to go for help. It is not a big corporate office or anything like that. We have some desks, a lot of cables everywhere, and usually a few laptops opened up on the workbench in the back. People drop by with all sorts of problems. Sometimes it is a cracked screen, or maybe a machine that just won't turn on after a big rainstorm. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. Patel Marg is a good spot with plenty of people walking by. We have gotten to know the neighbors over the years. It is a bit cramped when we have a lot of deliveries coming in, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest tech company in the world. We just want to make sure when someone from the neighborhood brings in their work computer, they can get it back quickly so they do not lose money or time. The coffee here is usually cold because we forget to drink it while we are working on a motherboard. That is just how it goes when you are deep into a repair. We keep a stock of parts in the back, though we sometimes have to wait for specific things to arrive.
