Our office is over in Dharam Park, right in the Shyam Nagar area. It is a decent spot, though finding parking on our street can be a real headache some days. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly focusing on supplies and technical bits that keep other things running. It is a regular workplace with desks, some old filing cabinets that squeak, and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glass building. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking lists to make sure everything is where it should be. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s business, which is just how it is in a place like this. When someone walks in, they might have to wait a second if we are unloading a delivery in the back or if the phone is ringing off the hook. We try to be honest about how long things take. If a shipment is delayed, we say so. There is no point in making up stories. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which we appreciate. We have been at this for a while and we know the routine. It is just about showing up every morning, dealing with the paperwork, and making sure the orders go out to the right people without too many complications along the way.
